Terms of Service

Welcome to GODLYTOK. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and GODLYTOK, the operator of the Platform in the United States, which governs your use of or access to the Platform defined below.

In short: This is a contract between you and GODLYTOK. You should read it. By using the Platform, you are agreeing with these Terms.

1. What services are covered by these Terms

These Terms govern your use of our services, which include GODLYTOK applications, websites, software (e.g. the GODLYTOK embeddable media player), features, technologies, and related services.

2. Additional terms and policies

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Community Guidelines. Specific terms apply for Music, Commercial Music, Intellectual Property, and Subscriptions.

3. Using the Platform

3.1 The services we provide

We operate the Platform for you and others to create, view, interact with, and share content. To make the Platform more relevant, we customize parts of your experience based on your follows and interests.

HASHTAGS: The only hashtags allowed on the GODLYTOK Platform:
  1. Community Outreach
  2. Global Outreach
  3. Youth Outreach
  4. Spiritual Growth
  5. Words of Encouragement
  6. Praise & Worship
  7. Biblical History

3.3 Minimum age

If you are under 13 years of age, you may not use the Platform, unless you are using the separate Under 13 Experience. Users under 18 must review these terms with a parent or guardian.

3.5 Ownership of content

As between you and GODLYTOK, you own Your Content. However, by posting, you grant GODLYTOK a non-exclusive, irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and distribute your content to operate and improve the platform.

4. Limitation of liability

The Platform is provided “as is.” GODLYTOK INCORPORATED disclaims all warranties. We are not responsible for user conduct or the accuracy of AI-generated Output. Our maximum liability is limited to the greater of $100 or the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.

8. Resolving disputes

8.1 Informal resolution: We agree to try resolving disputes amicably for 60 days before filing legal action.

8.2 Venue: Disputes will be resolved exclusively in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of Delaware or the Superior Court of Delaware.

8.3 Limitation: You must initiate any legal action within one (1) year of the event or be permanently barred from doing so.
